We built the Concierge Buddy app as a Free app. This SERVICE is provided by at no cost and is intended for use as is.

This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at Concierge Buddy unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to Name, Surname, Email, Phone, DOB. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.

The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.

Children’s Privacy

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page. These changes are effective immediately after they are posted on this page.

Contests (SCRATCH & WIN, SPIN & WIN)

By agreeing to play our Scratch and Win games, Spin and Win games within our Application, the Participant(s) warrants that he/she has the requisite capacity to understand and unconditionally accept our terms and conditions of use, set-out below;

• The Participant(s) understand(s) and accept(s) that Google PlayStore is simply a platform that hosts the Buddy Application and that no Participant(s) shall have any claim against Google for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever he/she may incur as a result of participating in any Promotion on the Buddy Application.
• Google is not a sponsor of the Buddy application or any of the Promotions or Contests run on the Application.
• The Participant(s) understand(s) and accept(s) that the Apple iStore is simply a platform that hosts the Buddy Application and that no Participant(s) shall have any claim against Apple for any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever he/she may incur as a result of participating in any Promotion on the Buddy Application.
• Apple is not a sponsor of the Buddy application or any of the Promotions or Contests run on the Application.
• Prizes are not exchangeable, transferable, redeemable or substitutable for cash or otherwise, in all cases, whether in whole or part.
• All Participants must be 18 years or older to be eligible for participating in this promotion.
• Employees, Vendors & Service Providers of Buddy IND (‘Company’) and their family members may not participate and are not eligible to compete for any prizes on any Buddy Application.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel or amend the terms and conditions in its absolute discretion and without prior notice due to unusual, unforeseeable events beyond the Company’s control including, but not limited to, any actual, anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation
• The Company shall not be liable to perform any of its obligations under the promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control and shall not be liable to compensate the Participants in such circumstances.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the terms and conditions or the conduct, results, and all other matters relating to any Promotion on the Application, the Company’s decision shall be final and binding and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into nor shall it be open for any challenge in any court of law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, each Participant and anyone who has agreed to act on his/her behalf, agrees to indemnify each of the Organiser(s) of any Promotions on the Application from any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind whatsoever arising in connection with the participation in the Promotion, to the extent not prohibited by applicable laws.
• By participating in the Promotion, Participants hereby opt-in, and agree and authorise, the Relevant Organisers, to use at its/their discretion, without further compensation to the participants, any of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where not prohibited by law), and to the use of statements or any creative content made by or attributed to winners of the competition, and any rights in connection therewith.
• Company expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in connection with any prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. It is a condition of entry that a winning participant may be required to execute deed of acknowledgement, release and indemnity in a form prescribed by the Company and any other document required by the Company in its sole discretion.
• All trademarks, logos and color schemes of the Company used in this promotion are intellectual properties of Buddy Industries Close Corporation and any unauthorized use, copy and infringements of the company’s intellectual property shall entail civil as well as criminal liabilities.
• The Company accepts no responsibility for any tax implication that may arise from acceptance of the prize winnings.
• Cost of accessing the Internet/cellular network is the Participant’s responsibility. Any costs associated with accessing the Buddy Application and (where applicable) sending and receiving SMS messages are the Participant’s responsibility and are dependent on the internet service provider/cellular network provider used.
• All prizes from Scratch and Win or other competitions are sponsored by Buddy IND.
• All Promotions on the Buddy Application and the terms and conditions therefor, shall be governed by laws of the Republic of Namibia.
• In the event of any dispute, the decision of the Company shall be final and binding on all Participants.
